Blanking station designed to make the blanking and the drilling of the metal sheet according to the desired shape
The blanking station is designed to cut laminate following the established geometric shapes, for making holes on the metal sheet and for making Display, ice dispenser, etc.
The station, connected to the punching station, carries out the blanking through the use of punching molds consisting of a punch, a die and an extractor. The molds cut the metal sheet according to the defined shapes and are placed in the correct cutting position by means of movement systems on rails driven by ball recirculation screws controlled by PLC.
